PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness since 1984. We operate across California providing street outreach, interim housing, case management, and permanent supportive housing.

Position Overview

PATH seeks a passionate and experienced leader to oversee programmatic operations for our Orange County region. The Associate Director provides direct supervision to program managers and team supervisors, ensures contract compliance, and drives quality outcomes for the people we serve.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day programmatic operations for Orange County programs
• Provide direct supervision to program managers, team supervisors, and direct service staff
• Ensure compliance with all funding contracts and regulatory requirements
• Collect and report program data to funders and leadership
• Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
• Represent PATH in community partnerships and stakeholder meetings
• Support budget management and resource allocation

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, or work with vulnerable populations
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services
• Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience

Compensation

$77,782 – $95,633 per year | Full-Time, Exempt | 24 pay periods/year
