Most housing databases are a one-time snapshot. Ours is a living system: automated routines refresh it from authoritative sources every day, a person verifies anything consequential, and every change is logged and reversible. Below is exactly what runs, how often, and how we keep it honest.

A single daily scheduler triggers each job in its own isolated run. Daily jobs run every day; weekly jobs run on their set weekday; rollups recompute continuously.

Why you can trust what you see

Fresh data is only useful if it's also correct. These guardrails are what separate a maintained directory from an automated guess.

Human-in-the-loop
Automation detects and queues; a person verifies before any merge or correction is applied. We never let automated guesses silently rewrite records.
Reversible audit trail
Every data change is recorded with who, what, and when — and can be undone with one click. Mistakes are recoverable, not permanent.
Review-only reconciliation
When a developer's site disagrees with our data, we flag it for review rather than overwrite — because a site can show only a subset of a portfolio.
Confidence-gated matching
Records are only auto-linked when two independent name measures agree. Coincidental name overlaps (a common cause of bad merges) are rejected.
Verifiable at the source
Each developer's data is reconciled against that developer's own website — so anything we show can be traced back and checked, not taken on faith.
Integrity guards
Jobs refuse to overwrite good records with empty or blocked source data, and rotate past unreachable pages — so a bad fetch can't corrupt the directory.
