About the Role
Lead a team of project managers overseeing complex multi-family real estate development projects to further BRIDGE Housing's mission. Manage day-to-day operations and collaborate across departments.
Salary: $175,000 – $203,000/year
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 4–5 project managers with guidance on project structuring and feasibility
- Review budgets, funding requests, and financial projections
- Participate in strategy meetings, design sessions, and community engagement
- Manage contractor and consultant selection and contract negotiations
- Monitor project schedules and budgets; escalate material changes
- Develop staff training programs and foster team development
- Build relationships with government agencies, lenders, investors, and consultants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, urban planning, real estate development, or related field
- 8–10 years leading teams in multi-family or mixed-use development
- Expertise in real estate finance and deal structuring
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
