SoLa Impact

SoLa Impact is a Los Angeles–based affordable- and workforce-housing developer and operator founded in 2014 by Martin Muoto, focused on building high-quality, lower-cost housing in predominantly Black and Brown communities across South Los Angeles. Through its family of social-impact and Opportunity Zone funds, the firm owns and manages roughly 1,500–2,500 apartments, with thousands more units in development.
