What counts as the start and end of the lease-up?
Lease-up begins the day your listing goes live on the portal and ends when the property reaches initial occupancy targets — typically 90–95% leased. If it runs longer than the included duration, we extend at $500/month per project, no surprise renewals.
Will this work for a stabilized property, not just a new build?
Yes. Stabilized properties use the same bundle, often at the Starter tier — primarily to capture and qualify waitlist applicants for natural turnover. Many of our partners renew month-to-month on the Stabilized plan after the initial lease-up.
How much integration is required with our property management system?
None to start — applicant data flows through the AHP dashboard out of the box. If you'd like applicants pushed directly into Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or another PMS, the Portfolio tier includes a custom integration, or we can quote it as an add-on at any tier.
Who handles applicant screening and certification?
Your team. AHP captures and qualifies inquiries against AMI and household-size criteria you set, then hands off vetted applicants for full income certification and compliance review on your side.
Can we list multiple properties at once?
Yes. Multi-property bundles are common — talk to us about portfolio pricing. We typically discount 15–25% for owners listing three or more concurrent lease-ups.
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No long-term contract. The flat fee covers the included lease-up duration; if a project is shelved before going live, we refund in full minus a $250 setup deposit.
