Compliance professionals responsible for supporting affordable housing portfolios on behalf of 

external property owners. This includes working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure 

compliance with property specific regulatory agreements, applicable laws, and internal policies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews property specific Regulatory Agreements to identify all applicable funding sources and 

corresponding regulatory requirements, owner and investor reporting requirements, rent parameters, 

etc, and ensures internal systems are appropriately aligned.

• Coordinates with other Compliance Team members to communicate with external property 

owners.

• Updates internal systems to reflect ongoing changes to income limits, rents and utility 

allowances.

• Reviews prospective resident files for income qualification and continued compliance.
• Produces reports, materials, and other documentation as legally required, including to owner and 

regulatory authorities.

• Proactively identifies, reports and resolves any noncompliance matters.
