Working closely with the Regional Maintenance Supervisor (RMS), Property Management, and site teams, this role coordinates inspections, supports maintenance operations, oversees vendors, and performs a wide range of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The Maintenance Area Lead provides coverage during staff absences, prepares vacant units for re-occupancy, ensures work orders and regulatory requirements are completed accurately, and helps maintain safe, clean, and well-maintained communities.
