Property Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced full time property manager for our established affordable housing community Ridgeview Manor in Panorama City, CA. The preferred applicant should have excellent skills in office management and organization. Excellent people skills are a plus. Responsibilities include general day to day operations, the direction and supervision of all personnel, handling leases, collecting rent, recertification paperwork, property inspections, and providing excellent customer service to the residents.
