Asset Manager II

Oversee a portfolio of approximately 15 affordable housing properties, managing financial and operational performance, developing action plans for high-risk assets, and serving as primary point of contact for assigned management companies. Requires minimum 5 years of multi-family housing asset management experience and knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs.
