The Director develops and executes recapitalization strategies for MidPen’s property portfolio, including resyndications, rehabilitation, refinancing, and transactions funded through public and private loans, grants, and rebate programs. This role requires sound judgment, autonomy, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners.
